We are excited to present one of our favorite projects completed in 2022 - the Pool and Guest House Addition in Rosenberg, Texas. This project was designed and engineered with the goal of increasing the property value while also providing our clients with a customized and private backyard oasis.

The addition includes a stunning outdoor sitting area, perfect for entertaining guests or enjoying a relaxing evening with family. The outdoor dining area is situated next to the pool, allowing for a seamless indoor/outdoor living experience. The pool itself is a true masterpiece, featuring a spa/jacuzzi, sunken tanning area, and plenty of space for swimming and water activities.

The guest house is the perfect addition for hosting out of town guests, accommodating a cozy bedroom, a convenient kitchenette, a bathroom, and showers. The guest house is fully equipped to provide visitors with a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
