Architectural and Interior Design: Our team of experienced architects and interior designers will work with you to create a design that meets your unique needs and reflects your personal style.
Engineering: We provide complete engineering sets for construction and permitting, including structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, etc.) design. All our engineering work is licensed and P.E stamped, and we use locally inherited codes and standards.
Project Management: Our project management team will oversee every aspect of your project, from concept to completion, to ensure that it is completed on time, within budget, and to your satisfaction.
Permitting: We have extensive experience working with local building departments to obtain the necessary permits for your project.
Rendering and Marketing: Our 3D visualization services include realistic 3D rendering, realistic walkthrough animation, CAD to 3D model conversion, and remodeling (before/after) visualization. We also offer marketing content creation, including branding and marketing, website design and development, and furniture layout options.
Additional Services: We offer a range of additional services, including PDF/Image to CAD conversion, CAD to BIM conversion, and rendered drawings for marketing purposes.

As a trained architectural engineer, Ashraf is passionate about sustainable building design and has been instrumental in implementing these principles into many of our key projects. His expertise in residential, commercial, educational, and government building projects spans across the Middle East, Europe, and the United States.
